Track Workout: The "Pre"

Distance: 8 mi.

The "Pre" workout: alternating 30-32 and 40 second 200s for 2 miles, target of about 9:30. Running to try to pace Andrew through this one. This feels okay for the first mile, but once you start to go lactic there isn't much recovery. I ended up doing the whole thing but cut across the grass for the last two "rest" 200s... not feeling very well rested, and it was a bit hot and windy. We went 9:42. 20 minutes warm up and cool down.
