Down week by virtue of travel, which is fine. Haven't been sleeping well, and have been driving a lot which made me stiff, but overall no complaints. Should be back to 6-7 runs next week with a longer run depending on the extent to which I'm able to get into some sort of routine. It's been nice running with Taylor and the trip itself was pretty fun.
