72 miles in 6 days isn't shabby, but it's also not that smart. Banged it out the last three days of this week and feeling a little run down as I haven't been living a good recovery lifestyle. Left hamstring / glute / back are sore as well as the inside of my right hamstring. Should stretch more. Next week I will try to be comfortable at 75-80 miles. Do not be afraid to do easy runs. Probably about 250 miles on my current shoes.
