The view west from the Capitol Building towards the Nat'l Mall
Capitol Hill loop that was really like a race between sprinklers. And by "race" I mean relatively slow run. The fabled DC humidity has arrived. Legs are VERY sore, especially calves, arches, and right piriformis-ish.
