Overall a good week of training only somewhat derailed by calf problems resulting from last Sunday's "race." 72 miles in 6 days is pretty good, and I am feeling pretty good about running with nothing feeling like an injury. Better start figuring out how to get my hands on some shoes, as I've got about 475 mi. on this pair.
