This week felt very long. I'm finally getting over this cold, but didn't manage great workouts. The volume is at least decent for 6 days. Next week I will get more volume back and two workouts with work at 4:40 mile pace. My marathon training plan is just basically on hold until CVS, when I'll reevaluate how to get back to it.
