So I've clearly abandoned my original marathon training plan in favor of focusing on the CVS Downtown 5k. The trip to Japan would be great if it works out, though my preparation hasn't been ideal. Either way, I'm going to be glad to give it a go. All that considered, this was a fairly good week. I was quite happy with the 2 mile on Saturday and will just do strides and a light workout slightly sub-70 pace in the middle of the week when it works out. My piriformis on the right side is bothering me somewhat day-to-day, but without killing the milage or workouts it is very manageable.
