Interestingly, the "full" version of the Rosen Loop took the same amount of time as the "shorter" version that I did earlier this week. This is probably because (a) this version is not as much longer as I thought, and (b) I was running significantly faster. Coughing up some stuff, so I'm definitely actually recovering from being sick, it seems, but legs are feeling better.
