Morning run on a cool, rainy morning in Amherst. At 30 minutes in I put in an easy fartlek of 10 x 30 sec. hard with 60 sec. easy. My hamstrings were fairly tight while I was doing that, but my legs did loosen up as it went along. I finished heading on the bike path and all the way back Woodlot to get over an hour.
