Decent week of training with 64 miles in 6 days. Happy enough with my mid-week medium long run, and it was good to do something faster to try to get my legs back to that. I should have planned better and gotten another decent effort in on Sunday, but whatever.
Unfortunately, the next two weeks will not be ideal for running most of the time, as I'll be traveling through Alaska. My goal is to get 3-4 good runs in each of the next two weeks. I'll probably just do a comprehensive update of the online log when I get back.
