Headed north on the Western Ridge Trail for some out-and-back action. Very humid, but not as hot as the mid-day excursion yesterday. Body feeling pretty good in general. Almost ran into a deer while I was running with my head down.
As much as I love Eugene, and I do love Eugene, I'm glad we won't be heading out to the Dellinger Meet this year.
