The transition week (with just 5 runs) wasn't too bad, though by the end I'm still feeling like I'm pretty beat. Long run + another 6 hours of driving today couldn't have helped that. I don't think we're working out / "racing" until the end of next week, so hopefully I can just bang out some relatively easy miles early in the week. Excited to be back in Austin in the new house, and looking forward to practice tomorrow morning. Two basic things to focus on next week: hydration, sleep.
