Pretty good week for 6 days of running with one double. Would've liked to get a little better rested this weekend... have gotten used to a routine of being tired most of the time. Especially now that I have a good idea what I'm doing this fall, I'm looking forward to heading back to Austin and getting on the not-9-to-5 routine. Tangents have about 20 miles and Motos have about 130.
