Long Bull Run
Time: 51:20
Distance: 7.5 mi.
Easy afternoon run with Brian and Dave. We started out on Bull Run and then added on up to North Loop instead of finishing on 45th. Legs pretty tired this afternoon, but a good recovery day with some volume.

Bull Creek, Hancock
Time: 47:40
Distance: 7 mi.
Darren ran from the track and met me at our place. We ran up to Bull Creek and did 1.5 loops there and then went down to 38th, across to Hancock and the I ran home. Another easy run and my legs feel good. I'm a bit tired from the last few days, though, and have to run back to school for my night class.
Also it looks like I might be back on the trails and roads Rock Creek Park by this summer...

Bull Creek, Shoal Creek, Speedway
Time: 67:17
Distance: 10 mi.
After a night without too much sleep in DC and then a flight back to Austin in the early afternoon I waited until just before dinner to do this run. Started somewhat aimlessly toward Bull Creek before heading down to make this something like one of my semi-regular runs. Fine run, no real complaints, but I'm pretty beat from the last few days of travel.

The Shoal Creek trail near Lamar
Morning run with Stanley down through campus and over to Shoal Creek, then up to Bull Creek for a loop there. Ran into Rob and Jay on Shoal Creek and ran with them for a little bit, which was nice. Legs a little dead by the end.

Bull Creek, Balcones
Time: 90:00
Distance: 14 mi.
A bit of a mixed up run that was not planned well from the start. Noted to a few guys that we should be planning runs together that make sense for everyone... there was general agreement. Started up Red River and looped around north of IF to Bull Creek (or at least what we call Bull Creek, as there is another Bull Creek park in Austin, and park-area doesn't seem to have an official name, it is just on Bull Creek Rd.). Some of the guys going ~60 mins headed back and those of us going longer looped around somewhat aimlessly until we hit Balcones and headed back the beginning of the Mt. Bonnell run. Finished with about 1/2 mi. on the infield.
Legs feeling a little dead, but woke up feeling generally much more rested.
