Easy morning jog with Nick towards RCP and on the Piney Branch trail. Hamstring and hip flexor both tight and a little sore.
No stretching, because brunch was a bigger priority.

Distance: 4 mi.
A very easy 4 mile morning run down the Piney Branch trail to RCP and then back. Calves and arches are very sore from yesterday's race. Getting in a car for 9 hours right afterwards probably didn't help. Planning on running on the Hill after work.
